EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate) film is a type of hot melt adhesive interlayer film for safety glass lamination. There are both thermoset type for outdoor use and also thermoplastic type for indoor use. It was easy to operate compare with any other interlayers, that’s why it was more and more widely used in current components and a variety of optical products.
Ultra EVA film has a high transparency, outstanding cohesion properties, good resilience to temperature changes, humidity, durability and long-term reliability. It is ideal for areas with more moisture such as framless glass and shower room glass. It is often used for increased safety, security and sound insulation for various indoor and outdoor applications.
EVA Laminated safety glass is considerably more impact resistant than conventional toughened glass. It is strong enough to withstand a vigorous attack from a heavy or sharp weapon.
EVA film laminated glass can be used in high security applications such as banks, jewellery show case, computer rooms and other areas where a high impact or even bullet resistant glass is required.
