2022 China New Design Green Tape For Glass Lamination - PVB Interlayer Film – Xiaoshi Detail:

PVB Film is a macromolecule material made with Polyvinyl butyral resin plasticized and extruded by plasticity and additives. It has excellent adhesive strength, light transmittance, heat and cold resistance and high elasticity. PVB film was widely used for architecture glass lamination.

PVB Interlayer Film Product description and advantages

(1) Penetration resistance
High adhesive strength with glass can prevent the glass from penetration by hard things when the glass is impacted. The glass fragments are attached with interlayer of PVB so that they won’t hurt people.
(2) Energy saving
Laminated glass made by PVB interlayer film can effectively reject IR rays which attribute the glass good heat insulation properties and high energy saving efficiency. The product has high visible light transmittance (VLT) and VLT value can be adjusted by changing Nano heat insulation media ratio.
(3) Security function
PVB film has excellent adhesive performance to inorganic glass which makes interlayer film and glass attached together firmly. Bulletproof glass can also be made using PVB film.

(4) Sound proof
Because PVB films has damping function and it can constraint noise conduction of PVB laminated glass, especially for the laminated glass of airport, Hotel and Hospital.
